Ecommerce Admin (SHOPEE TIKTOK)

Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon – Fri 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 1am

Work Location: Bukit Mertajam, Penang.

Job Scope

• Create and maintain new product listings on Lazada, TikTok, and Shopee.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Process daily orders efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for timely delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to orders, inventory, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage influencers/KOL product shipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Monitor and follow up on schedules and deadlines in a timely manner.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties that are assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (Lazada, TikTok, Shopee).
• Knowledge of SiteGiant software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Google Sheet.
• Work well independently and in a team with minimum supervision.
