Ecommerce Admin (SHOPEE TIKTOK)
Job description
Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon – Fri 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 1am
Work Location: Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
Job Scope
- Create and maintain new product listings on Lazada, TikTok, and Shopee.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Process daily orders efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with logistics providers for timely delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to orders, inventory, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage influencers/KOL product shipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Monitor and follow up on schedules and deadlines in a timely manner.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties that are assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (Lazada, TikTok, Shopee).
- Knowledge of SiteGiant software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Google Sheet.
- Work well independently and in a team with minimum supervision.
