• Be part of the team member in the Project Management Office (PMO) to support Finance Transformation related initiatives:
• Assist in project tracking, preparation and compilation of monthly reports to management and Group PMO, where applicable.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and staff engagements to support the execution of the project, where applicable.
• Develop communication materials on the project/initiative for stakeholders’ awareness and understanding.
• Update the division’s activities in the Group Finance social media tools – Sync Up & Instagram, etc.

Group Finance (GF) - IT Project Planning & Governance, the team member may be assigned a GF IT project and the roles are:

• Assist the Project Manager/lead to drive and execute the Group Finance’s Strategic Projects in accordance to the Group Governance and monitoring in terms of:
• Prepare project plan and establish governance process.
• Tracking of project milestones and deliverables for management reporting.
• Tracking, escalation and reporting of issues/risks.
• Follow through with identified action plans until closure, on timely basis.

Operation Related Tasks/Assignments:

• Involve in the computation and maintenance of SLA chargeback for regional entities that hubbed in Malaysia.
• Assist in compilation of Group Finance - IT projects/initiatives for Malaysia for reprioritization and other budget related activities.
• Prepare and coordinate team, department & division management meetings & decks.
• Coordinate GF Townhall / GF Offsite meeting / staff trainings / any divisional level activities.
• Develop survey questionnaire for GF staff engagement initiatives and conduct analysis on survey results, including CIMB group-wide surveys to develop GF action plans.
• Data Governance Coordinator – Assist Group Finance Division Data Owner on tracking, compilation and info cascade related to data governance & controls.
