- Partner with the HR Manager and senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business growth.
- Research and analyze HR trends and industry best practices to enhance HR processes and policies.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, and employer branding efforts.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify key talent and develop succession plans for critical positions.
Employee Development & Training
- Assess training needs and create learning programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Implement career development initiatives to foster employee engagement and retention.
Performance Management & Compensation
- Support the development and execution of performance management frameworks to ensure fair evaluations and growth opportunities.
- Assist in structuring competitive salary and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
Workplace Culture & Employee Engagement
- Develop strategies to nurture a positive, inclusive, and value-driven workplace culture.
- Implement engagement programs, conduct employee satisfaction surveys, and recommend improvements.
HR Data & Analytics
- Leverage HR metrics and analytics to track trends, assess HR initiatives, and support decision-making.
- Generate reports for leadership to monitor key HR performance indicators.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on HR strategy and planning.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
