Job Summary:
Manage and lead all facility, production, and administrative departments.
Provide direction and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills in the production plant.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for production planning and scheduling, matching the resources needed to complete the production task, distinguishing the priorities of the tasks, setting completion deadlines, and paying regular attention to project progress.
Respond to accidents in a timely manner according to the updated content of the plan, ensuring the efficient and timely completion of daily production tasks.
Responsible for daily management and supervision, allocating all kinds of resources, conducting objective assessments, and seeking to maximize the utilization of all resources (personnel, equipment, materials, tools, etc.), improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.
Plan, organize, and control production and operations while ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and ISO requirements.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, food hygiene, and health regulations in production.
Pay attention to all aspects affecting product quality, summarize quality control points, form training templates, take corrective and preventive measures, and strictly monitor the implementation of these aspects to improve the comprehensive quality pass rate of production.
Responsible for capacity assessment, timely proposal of personnel demand plans, follow-up on personnel placement, rational employment arrangements, and improved per capita efficiency.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for production and operations.
Lead corrective action and problem-solving activities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with the HR Dept to hire, train, and supervise production employees.
Carry out other duties and tasks as directed by Top Management in line with competencies and activities associated with any of the above processes.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of work experience in a food manufacturing company, focusing on production planning, equipment management, or a similar position.
Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a good working attitude.
Committed, mature, with a pleasant disposition, and able to work independently.
Able to work under pressure and willing to work additional hours when necessary.
Capable of guiding teams to improve factory operations processes.
Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, GMP, 6S, and other related knowledge.
Proficient in production planning and on-site management, with expertise in all aspects of production manufacturing.
