Responsibilities

  1. Plan, manage, design, train, and monitor developers within modules/sub-projects to ensure project requirements are met.
  2. Review and recommend appropriate solutions, leading and advising a solution framework within the broad project direction in order to achieve project goals.
  3. Design the project architecture to ensure that it is robust, scalable, and adaptable for future changes.
  4. Plan, manage, and monitor scope to ensure that it is within SOW and on schedule by delegating and reviewing development tasks to appropriate team members.
  5. Manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure quick issue resolution through open communication.
  6. Train and guide team members to ensure they attain the necessary skill set to perform their tasks.
  7. Design and produce technical specifications using developing and modeling tools (UML) to meet project requirements and align with product architecture and framework best practices.
  8. Perform code development when necessary to ensure that the codes developed meet project requirements and development best practices.
  9. Produce quality deliverables according to quality standards by employing quality assurance tools and methodology.
  10. Resolve issues to ensure timely resolution within SLA and quality standards by applying logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  11. Perform impact analysis to ensure accurate effort estimation and risk assessment.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum 8 years, with at least 2 years experience as a lead for a medium to large size team.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Proficient understanding of common design patterns, frameworks, and platforms.
