Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions for the region assigned like payroll/incentive calculation, statutory contribution, tax filing handling, benefits administration.
Participate in C&B related projects such as annual exercises etc.
Maintain system updates including HRMS, payroll system, etc.
Support market surveys, industry analysis, and collect up-to-date statutory and market information to keep abreast on market trends.
Provide effective and customer-oriented services to employees and HR counterparts.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is preferable).
Able to work seamlessly with global teams in different time zones.
