SITE SUPERVISOR (KUCHING)

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team at STAMPIN TIMBER & CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. in Kuching, Sarawak. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects in the region. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and safety protocols
• Monitoring progress, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing corrective measures to keep projects on track
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address concerns and maintain strong working relationships
• Enforcing quality standards, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
• Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the construction crew, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reporting on project progress and metrics

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, preferably in the Electrical/Electronic Engineering sector
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as a deep understanding of project management principles
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage construction teams
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
