R&D Dietitian (Manufacturing of Health Supplement)

In this role, you will work closely with process and production teams to optimize milk powder manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and minimize waste.

Job Responsibilities

• Optimize milk powder manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and minimize waste.
• Develop and optimize supplement formulations, considering ingredient functionality, nutritional requirements, process efficiency, and product stability.
• Review and improve applications for new and current ingredients and packaging materials.
• Handle and execute new product development and packaging innovation activities, including processing procedures and product specifications.
• Ensure compliance with food regulations, standards, policies & procedures in product Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and work with the production team to enforce requirements such as HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc.
• Provide technical support on production issues, including processing procedures, ingredient preparation, and packaging processes, ensuring finished products meet high standards of food safety and quality.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of formulation experiments, results, and specifications.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with the production team on new product processes and existing product improvements.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience in R&D with extensive experience in supplement formulation or product development within the food industry.
• Bachelor's degree in dietetics.
• Able to speak Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
