Job description

Join our team as Billing & Admin, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations, overseeing digital expenditures, and ensuring seamless documentation processes. You’ll handle end-to-end procurement activities, collaborating with unit heads, vendor management, procurement, and finance teams to ensure requisitions are completed efficiently and with high quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of purchase requisitions for the Digital Division and ensure timely processing of bills and invoices.
  • Vendor Management: Handle vendor-related activities, including registration, performance assessment, and deregistration.
  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks, maintain a proper filing system, and monitor office supplies for the Digital Division.
  • Engagement & Customer Focus: Ensure smooth general administration in the Digital Division and maintain a strong internal customer focus.
  • Budgeting and Expenditures: Monitor and manage plans, budgets, and expenditures for the Digital Division.
  • Department KPIs: Assist in developing, managing, and tracking the Digital Division's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Governance Projects: Provide support for governance initiatives and related projects.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology/Computer Studies, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4–6 years of relevant industry experience in similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to evolving products and services.
  • Proficient in documentation, accounting, and business analytics.
  • Effective problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
