Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the company's administrative personnel management.
  • Coordinate with government authorities for permits, licenses, and documentation needed for factory operations (KWSP/SOSCO/LHDN/HRDF/JKKP and local authorities).
  • Manage the company's office supplies: formulate a procurement plan based on the needs of each department, implement procurement after approval, and distribute according to regulations.
  • Organize the drafting, revision, and improvement of personnel and administrative systems and processes, and implement supervision.
  • Handle major personnel issues, coordinate labor relations, and be responsible for the construction and development of the company's corporate culture.
  • Manage recruitment, payroll, training, compensation, performance appraisal, employee relations, and other daily human resources management matters.
  • Handle employee recruitment and preliminary interviews, as well as entry, resignation, transfer, appointment, dismissal, promotion, and other procedures.
  • Assist in providing information on government-supported projects and implement related application work.
  • Other tasks assigned by the general manager and deputy general manager in charge.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree holder in Business Management, HR Management, Administrative Management, or related field.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Melayu (Mandarin speaker is COMPULSORY). Have ideas and be organized in work, possess strong communication and coordination skills, can withstand certain work pressure, and can handle relevant emergencies.
  • More than 5 years of experience in HR and administration-related management positions.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and other office software; familiar with the six modules of human resource management.
  • Familiar with national, regional, and corporate laws, regulations, and policies regarding contract management, salary system, employment mechanism, insurance, and welfare benefits, training, etc.
  • Strong motivation, communication, coordination, team leadership skills, positive mindset and attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit; able to highly identify with and implement the company's cultural values.
  • Required Age: 24 - 45.
