This job is a Legal Specialist. You'll handle legal affairs, draft documents, provide legal opinions, and safeguard the enterprise's interests.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle legal affairs independently, including main projects, litigation, and non-litigation business.
• Draft and review documents, and conduct project due diligence.
• Provide professional opinions on relevant legal issues to maximize the enterprise's interests.
• Draft and review business contracts and documents.
• Assist in handling legal matters, such as arbitration and litigation.
• Provide legal consultation and training for relevant personnel.

Requirements:

• Nationality: Malaysian
• Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese preferred
• Qualifications:
• Malaysian law degree
• 1-3 years of legal practice, preferably in litigation
• Strong commercial acumen and business-oriented legal advice
• Thorough understanding of the Malaysian legal and regulatory landscape
