• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate or Diploma is required, but candidates with 5-10 years of experience in accounting or a related field will also be considered qualified.
• Good verbal communication, interpersonal communication skills and analytical thinking in addition to positive aptitude and attitude.
• Fluent in spoken and written in English & Bahasa Melayu
Responsibility:
1. Perform accounts and administrative duties, office upkeep and general daily operations support.
2. Maintaining and updating company expenses, billing and accounts.
3. Prepare and execute the monthly journal entries of cost and revenue accruals for all contact center business units.
4. Ensure proper filling of documents
5. Updating of data into accounting system
6. Involved in reconciliations for account payable and bank statements.
7. Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, debit note and credit note in accounting system, processing of account payables and bank reconciliation.
8. Monitor Branch accounts.
9. Oversee accounting functions at branch level.
10. Provide accounting support and observe POs requirement.
11. To handle and monitor accounts reconciliation and ensure adjustment is done as and when necessary.
12. To handle claims and monitor petty cash.
13. To processing Purchase order invoices for payment.
14. To process vendor payment and monitor payment for vendors.
15. To process staff DES claims payment, travelling advance and salary deduction monthly.
16. To monitor debtor ageing and provide Debtor report monthly.
17. To issue payment journal- Debtors and match in system
18. To raise journal entries for all necessary accounting transactions ie. Cash receipt, payment, accruals, expenses and intercompany transaction.
19. To liaise with the Treasury department on daily banking transaction.
20. To monitor General fixed asset
21. To ensure all accounting transactions are done before month end closing.
22. To ensure all invoices (AR & AP) to be stored accordingly and in a timely manner.
23. Administration works to support the day-to-day Branch.
24. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
25. Sourcing activities (Micro Purchase, Quotation purchase, Tender purchase, Single Source Purchase)
