JOB FUNCTION

To assist the Store Manager in supervising the sales operations and achieving the sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain administrative procedures and ensure timely submission of administrative documents according to company guidelines.
2. Assist Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
3. Provide excellent customer service to customers and attend to customers’ inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
4. Achieve sales target according to company guidelines.
5. Coordinate sufficient stock level.
6. Maintain in-store merchandising/product presentation.
7. Ensure that cash control and stock control procedures are adhered to.
8. Ensure store adheres and executes according to SUTL Sports Retailing Policies and Procedures.
9. Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years of experience in the sports/fashion retail industry.
2. Ability to communicate in English.
3. Experience in retail operations, customer service, sales, people leadership, and management.
4. Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service in a brand retailer.
5. Ability to utilize tools to support conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling.
