What You'll Be Doing

This is a full-time role for a Creative Graphic Designer at The Culture Capital located in TEGAS DV Kuching, with flexibility for some remote work. The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic design, and branding projects on a day-to-day basis.

• Create dynamic and engaging visual designs across various mediums including digital, print, and social.
• Work on exciting cultural design projects that celebrate local heritage, stories, and art.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team to brainstorm and execute design concepts.
• Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and revisions in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills across multiple formats.
• A deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with web design and knowledge of UI/UX principles is not mandatory, but a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback positively.
• A passion for cultural storytelling through design.
