Assistant Vice President (Assistant Manager) - Marketing & Charter

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing government liaison activities for the bus charter business, including building and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies, ensuring compliance with government regulations, verifying internal reports related to the bus charter business, and implementing the unit's activities in line with annual business plans and budget.

Key Accountabilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations, policies, and standards.
• Represent the company in government meetings and consultations.
• Review internal reports related to the bus charter business.
• Review agreements related to contract charters.
• Engage with schools, universities, travel agencies, etc.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement unit's activities in accordance with annual business plans.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), annual budget (revenue & costs), and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide support to the bus charter team as needed and assist in resolving operational issues and challenges.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

• Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience. Experience in marketing and customer experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong marketing and planning skills.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
