Assistant Manager, Sales Operations

The Assistant Manager, Sales Operations will oversee and enhance sales operational processes, ensuring efficiency in dealer management, reporting, bookings, payments, and logistics coordination. This role involves supervising the sales operations team, optimizing workflows, supporting the Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, and traveling to dealer locations when necessary to strengthen partnerships and address operational matters.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Executives and Senior Executives, providing guidance and ensuring high performance.
• Strengthen relationships with dealer partners, resolving operational issues and enhancing collaboration.
• Conduct on-site visits to dealer premises to provide support, ensure operational efficiency, and address concerns.
• Improve booking, payment tracking, and logistics workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and present detailed sales reports, identifying trends and actionable insights.
• Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure effective vehicle distribution.
• Ensure all sales operations adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, and logistics teams to drive smooth business operations.
• Assist in formulating sales operational strategies to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Required to travel to dealer locations as required.
• Experience in dealer operations and logistics coordination is an added advantage.
