Business Intelligence Protege Trainee (Ref. No. R1008150)

at our location in Kuala-Lumpur

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

1. Produce and maintain high-integrity PowerBI dashboards that analyze performance and operations of the Engineering department.
   • Use data from Engineering tools to analyze performance in Engineering activities (DOORS - Requirements Management; TMSD - Tests Execution; Bitbucket - Software Development; Clearquest/SharedPalma - Configuration Management, Technical Debt)
   • Use data from enterprise tools to analyze wider business operations (SAP, Workday, Primavera - Purchasing, Resourcing, Budget and costs tracking)
   • Use key UI/UX principles including validating dashboards against User requirements
2. Promote digitalization and data-driven operations
   • Highlight areas of poor data maturity and propose corrective actions
   • Provide end user training and technical support for using PowerBI and on UI/UX design

You have:

• Open to Fresh Graduates with working experience less than 2 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science
• Fluent in English both in written and oral communication
• Experienced in preparing and giving presentations
• Familiarity with tools such as PowerBI Dashboards, Tableau or Data Studio
• Experienced in UI/UX Design and Data Analysis
• Have a certificate in PowerBI and related fields will be advantageous
