E-Commerce Executive (Nutritionist/Dietitian/Pharmacist)

Responsibilities:

• Execute E-commerce daily operation, plan and monitor sales and promotions to meet KPI.
• Identify market trends, potential products, target audience and competitor activities in online market.
• Enhance customer purchase experience on marketplaces.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints timely and professionally.
• Monitor inventory and fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
• To perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Pharmacy/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Candidate with E-Commerce & Digital Marketing experiences in consumer products or medical/healthcare line will be added advantage.
• Fresh graduates from SCIENCE background are encouraged to apply.
• Good at Microsoft Excel and numbers enthusiast.
• Required Language: English, Malay, Mandarin.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice is an added advantage.
