Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the smart home, IoT, and home appliances sectors.
• Prepare insightful studies, forecasts, and corporate proposals for strategic business planning.
• Lead feasibility studies, due diligence, and ad hoc assignments, including crafting compelling presentations and project monitoring mechanisms.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Align sales and marketing initiatives with the latest industry trends for maximum results.
• Expand the company’s brand presence and reputation among current and prospective customers.
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or minimum 3 years related working experience.
• Experience: Business development, sales, or a related field. Prior experience in smart home devices, IoT solutions, or the home appliance industry is highly advantageous.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of market trends, opportunities, and resources in the tech-driven home solutions space.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Malay and Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
• Independent, dynamic, innovative, and results-driven personality.

Flexibility: Willing to travel within the Klang Valley area as needed.
