JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and define audit plans: Lead thorough planning efforts, establish clear scope, objectives, and allocate resources, including team assignments and budgeting.
Guide pre-engagement procedures: Oversee and refine audit procedures to ensure they are relevant and adaptable for each engagement.
Review and endorse audit findings: Ensure quality by reviewing reports and examining working papers as necessary.
Cultivate team growth: Identify training needs and build a skilled, empowered team.
Engage with stakeholders: Foster collaborative relationships to build trust and alignment across engagements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills: Corporate Governance, Internal Audit Planning & Execution, Global Internal Audit Standards, Risk Management and Fraud Detection Strategic & Innovation
Skills: Business Innovation & Improvement and Resource Management
5+ years of Experience in any field
