This is a full-time on-site role as a Tour Operations Executive at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
To deal with the overseas DMC, Accommodation or cruise line principle;
To assist in making booking in cruise line booking engine;
To assist in all aspects of tour operations, including itinerary planning, costings, air tickets and ground arrangements, attractions, and other day-to-day activities;
To assist in doing flight booking through the GDS system (Travelport, Saber, and Amadeus);
To compile and maintain records of business transactions to ensure all documentations are properly filed;
Recording orders for all related tour services;
To provide full support for tour packages sales and departures;
To educate customers and partners on products, destination knowledge, and provide all relevant customer support;
To participate in all field work, including Airport duties and travel fairs.
Requirements
Requires candidates with minimum 2 years of working experience in the Travel industry.
Good follow-up skill and highly attentive to inquiries.
Comfortable working with computer and mobile phone for long hours.
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Willing to travel when necessary (company will provide allowance if necessary).
