To ensure compliance with import, export, and supply chain regulations and requirements.
Maintain current Import & Export Regulations (EAR) and apply to Wiwynn products and customers.
Customs application, communication and relationship maintenance.
Implement C-TPAT / AEO certification execution.
Resolve problems concerning Custom, MITI & other Government compliance.
Strive for continuous improvement in all facets of logistics and compliance processes to ensure maximum efficiency and full company compliance at all times.
What you'll need
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in logistics, customs clearance, and trade compliance.
Familiarity with international trade regulations and procedures, including import/export processes.
Strong understanding of customs documentation, HS codes, and tariff classification.
Knowledge of trade compliance standards and regulatory frameworks such as Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and customs valuation.
Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CTPAT, and AEO standards will be an added advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills to liaise with customs officials, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
