Logistic Executive (Custom & Trade Compliance)

To ensure compliance with import, export, and supply chain regulations and requirements.

• Maintain current Import & Export Regulations (EAR) and apply to Wiwynn products and customers.
• Customs application, communication and relationship maintenance.
• Implement C-TPAT / AEO certification execution.
• Resolve problems concerning Custom, MITI & other Government compliance.
• Strive for continuous improvement in all facets of logistics and compliance processes to ensure maximum efficiency and full company compliance at all times.

What you'll need

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in logistics, customs clearance, and trade compliance.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and procedures, including import/export processes.
• Strong understanding of customs documentation, HS codes, and tariff classification.
• Knowledge of trade compliance standards and regulatory frameworks such as Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and customs valuation.
• Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CTPAT, and AEO standards will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills to liaise with customs officials, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
