Sales Executive (Gallery)
Job description
Job Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Provide excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Be knowledgeable about the products offered and options available
- Develop a flair for visual display and maintain a presentable state of the gallery
- Compile daily and monthly sales reports
- Ensure accuracy in stock and inventory management on a monthly basis
- Coordinate new launches and events with internal and external team members
- Enhance the brand’s image through effective execution of visuals, merchandising, and POS activities
Job Requirements
- Minimum Certificate / Vocational / Diploma
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales, art, and the luxury industry are welcomed
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin, as the role requires interaction with English and Mandarin-speaking clients
- Candidates with at least 1 year of successful working experience in sales/retail sales or experience in luxury retailing will have an added advantage
- Excellent sales track record, PR skills, sociability, and energy are required for this position
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, cheerful personality, and good self-motivation with a positive outlook
- Responsible, passionate about art, proactive with strong initiative, and customer service and sales-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable with a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, willing to work on weekends and public holidays
