Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for marketing Bancassurance products at bank branches
• Build relationships with bank customers for up-selling and providing professional personal financial advisory services
• Engage in sales and marketing events at the bank
• Provide follow-up on policy servicing services to customers, including payment mode, changes in plans, trustee appointments, and top-ups.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree
• SPM holders must have obtained 5 passes and at least 3 years of working experience
• Enjoy meeting new people and actively canvassing for sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature, pleasant, independent, committed, self-motivated, and highly sales and service-oriented
• Mobile and possess own transport
• Attractive remuneration scheme including basic salary, variable income (sales incentive + bonuses), and incentive trip reward
