About Product Delivery

Product Delivery works to enable and empower the core of Customer Delivery throughout Asia Pacific, by delivering simplified knowledge, know-how, materials, training, and education. Leveraging our strong partnerships across the globe, combined with our subject-matter expertise, we bring insight, experience, and solutions to deliver innovation, ensuring our products and platforms are ready to deploy at scale. Role:

1. Management of Product Delivery’s readiness process for new products.
2. Being the Product Delivery “subject matter expert” for products and initiatives being managed.
3. Creating and presenting delivery training material on products and initiatives being managed.
4. Ensuring that delivery teams are kept up to date on delivery aspects of new products and changes to existing products.
5. Reporting to management on project metrics.
6. Identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.
7. Creating and maintaining product specific product delivery deployment materials.

2. Extensive, proven project management, problem solving and planning skills with a demonstrated record of success managing multiple projects.
3. Ability to identify issues before they develop into problems; proactively resolve issues directly or through escalation to appropriate stakeholders.
4. Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, tools and processes in a dynamic environment.
5. Experience working across multiple levels and functions; able to clearly communicate complex technical and business information in an easy to understand manner.
6. Deep knowledge of Mastercard’s issuing and acquiring dynamics and the payments value chain, with a thorough understanding of all Mastercard products, services, and solutions.

Experience and Skills needed:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent analytical skills.
3. Ability to work on a team and independently.
4. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
5. Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
6. Attention to detail.
