Responsibilities:

• Oversee full spectrum of foreign workers Management related matters.
• Fully in-charge and monitor of foreign workers accommodation, disciplinary, transportation and hostel affairs.
• Review and revise the rules & regulations from time to time in alignment with government requirements and legislation.
• Dealing with agencies and local authorities to submit the required documentation i.e KDN, Immigration, JTK, embassy etc.
• Responsible for onboarding procedures, including arrangements to pick up foreign workers from the airport upon arrival, conducting briefing, medical check-up and setting bank accounts, etc.
• Conduct spot checks and audits at staff hostels.
• Maintain hostel tenancy agreements and liaise with landlords whenever required.
• In charge of attestation documents submission and foreign workers’ arrival, including airport clearance, and foreign worker permit renewal.
• Responsible for bus transportation arrangement, security guard, and cleaning service.
• Handling of scheduled waste collection, fire extinguishers renewal and record.
• Assist in internal and external audits, waste management and JKKP, BOMBA on fire certificates.
• Involved directly in preparing weekly, monthly & ad hoc reports to the management.
• Handling Employees Engagement / Employees Welfare.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Human Resources/Administration and/or any other related field.
• At least 3 years working experience in handling Foreign Workers and basic Environmental, Safety & Health/Safety.
• Preference for Male candidates.
• Able to work under pressure, independently and handle ad hoc cases.
