Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Roseluck Sdn Bhd, a Food and Beverage company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office near KLCC.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights to optimise marketing initiatives and drive improved ROI.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to create engaging and impactful digital content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Communicate regularly with the Management teams to understand their needs and present performance reports.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall digital marketing strategy.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
• Expertise in managing paid and organic search engine marketing (SEM and SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Proficient in using a range of digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
