They are looking for an audit junior to join their firm.

About the Job

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and executing audit engagements in accordance with PCAOB, US GAAP, IFRS, and local regulatory standards.
2. Perform audit testing, financial analysis, and substantive procedures under the guidance of senior auditors.
3. Support documentation and working papers in compliance with professional auditing standards.
4. Identify accounting and auditing issues, and communicate findings to seniors and managers.
5. Liaise with clients to gather relevant financial data and support audit procedures.
6. Stay updated with changes in US, China, and Hong Kong financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
7. Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure smooth audit execution.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of audit experience are encouraged to apply.
3. Knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting frameworks (US GAAP, IFRS, MFRS).
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to travel for client engagements when required.
