Job SummaryAgency channel management and administration on non-sales related operating matters, including but not exhaustive: new agents’ registration, maintenance of an updated agent database, agent income tax administration, agent incentives administration, and other ad-hoc supports.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining, managing and administration of agency related matters and support branches on all enquiries on operations related issues.
Key Requirements- Holding a Diploma in any field or equivalent.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, teamwork and leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in Excel; must be able to prepare spreadsheet designs for various reports, database, and data analysis effectively using Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
- Attention to detail on the accuracy of working with large databases and formulas in Excel.
- Time management skills and effective prioritization of tasks while being able to work under pressure.
