Lead, Risk Management

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, or related fields. A Master’s Degree or certifications such as IRM, ISO 31000, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Having 7-10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferable in oil & gas or other relevant field.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to drive company-wide risk management initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex risk concepts clearly and effectively to various audiences.
• Proficient in using risk management tools and technologies to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and refine EPOMS' risk management framework, aligning it with business goals and best practices.
• Drive risk awareness by delivering training and promoting proactive risk identification and mitigation across the organization.
• Manage and ensure effective implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Crisis Management (CM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs.
• Consolidate and analyze risk data, providing clear reports and recommendations to the Leadership Team for informed decision-making.
• Plan and execute risk audits, identify gaps, and ensure corrective actions are taken to improve risk management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of risk management practices with company objectives and compliance standards.
• Implement and utilize risk management tools to enhance data collection and streamline risk assessments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve risk management practices to align with the latest standards.
