Drive and manage the project and integrate all project activities during various project phases which consist of conceptual and Front-End engineering, detail engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up & operation effectively with full compliance to project specification, COMPANY Project Management System (PPMS), and relevant statutory requirements.
Monitor and track project performance (HSSE, cost, schedule, and quality) i.e., OTOBOS is met by providing reports and coordinating meetings with all disciplines and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or other relevant Engineering fields or Project Management.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Professional Certification (optional but preferred) EIT (Engineer in Training), BEM Graduate Engineer, MBOT certification.
Basic understanding of engineering principles, project planning, and execution.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) is a plus.
Knowledge of contract management, risk assessment, and budgeting (advantageous but not required).
Willingness to learn and adapt to CAPEX & OPEX project execution.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Internship or final-year project experience in project management or engineering-related work is an advantage.
