Salary: RM3,000 (Basic) to RM5,000 (Basic) + Monthly Commission

Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.00pm)
Saturday (8.00am to 1.00pm)

Job Scope:
B2B sales on High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP) resin
Focus on internal Malaysia and export business (India / Philippines / Indonesia / Bangladesh / etc)
Attend overseas exhibitions as a team (around 3 times a year)
Conduct market research on targeted countries and industries
Assist Company Sales Team to achieve departmental and company goals (e.g., sales targets and budget)
Keep abreast of market trends and developments, with sound knowledge of competitors' activities
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and suggest improvements
Build relationships with potential new clients and maintain good relationships with both existing and new customers
Manage Key Customers' negotiation of terms and marketing support activities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing sales & marketing strategies to achieve assigned monthly & yearly sales targets
Follow up and collect payments from customers based on credit terms in a timely manner and maintain good business relationships with timely support and solutions
Assist in any other ad-hoc market research required by management from time to time.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of B2B Sales experience (Any industry accepted)
Candidate must have a B2B Sales background with an entrepreneurial mindset
Must have own transportation
Open to travel overseas for exhibitions
Aggressive and entrepreneurial mindset
Able to speak good English and Mandarin (due to business nature)
