The Day-To-Day Activities
Brand custodian: You will represent U Mobile's brand identity and inspire, guide, design and construct innovative communications to all Malaysians based on our core brand values.
Marketing and communications lead for all corporate brand communications ideas, creative, key message development & all brand-related activities and events.
Development of strategic brand plan to create an 'always-on', top-of-mind presence to position U Mobile as an innovative market leader.
Lead the development & safeguard the brand experience via 360° marketing scope, including ATL, BTL, Retail, Social and Digital platforms.
Organise, manage and implement seamless branded events from small to large scale to enhance brand reputation and awareness.
End-to-end responsibility for campaign ideation, budget management, and timely delivery of all projects.
Reports to the Head of Brand Comms.
About You
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Communications or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years in Business, Marketing, Operations, Communications, with prior experience in the telco industry being a strong advantage.
Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to understand market trends, consumer insights, and behavior.
Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar spreadsheet software. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (e.g., SAP).
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), attention to detail and teamwork mentality.
Personal Attributes: Independent, proactive, problem-solver, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
