Job description
Key Responsibilities Include
- Grow market share of Small Medium Entrepreneur (SME) in the vicinity.
- Market all type of loans focusing on SME - Program Lending Management (PLM) loans (conventional & Islamic) & Asset Based Financing (ABF).
- Grow deposits from both borrowing & non-borrowing customers.
- Conduct all mandatory checks & only referred bankable deals to Account Relationship Manager for processing.
- Refer all non-PLM middle market cases to Commercial Banking Centre.
- Prepare, vet & sign Letter of Offer.
- Deliver of Offer and upon acceptance to send instruction to Credit Operation Department for documentation.
- Follow up documentation & disbursement of loan (conventional & Islamic) & ABF.
- Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
- Service all existing customers parked at the branch.
- Cross sell all Bank/Group products & services.
- Newly Non Performing Loan ("NPL") within approved budget.
