Company Background

We are representing our client, a financial advisory firm licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia to provide corporate finance and investment advice services to IPO clients. They offer a wide range of professional services including Corporate Finance, Internal Audit, Investment Advice, Fund Raising, and ESG Sustainability Reporting services.

Our client is currently on the lookout for a capable and experienced Corporate Finance Senior Manager/Manager.

• Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
• Medical, Dental, Medical Check-Up subsidy

Job Scope

• To plan, oversee, execute, and manage various corporate finance assignments such as IPO advisory, financial due diligence, business valuation, merger & acquisition, financial analysis, etc.
• To lead and provide guidance to the team members in carrying out fieldwork and report drafting.
• To finalize reports and present to clients where necessary.
• To establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
• To assist in other assignments assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
• ACCA or CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• At least 5 to 8 years of corporate finance or external audit working experience is required.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel as and when required.
• Solid communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills are preferred.
