Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support the talent management team to administer the recruitment and selection process.
  2. Administer all hiring processes for new employees and assist with new-hire orientation as needed.
  3. Review CVs, shortlist candidates, and assist in the recruitment process.
  4. Prepare offer letters for new joiners.
  5. Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
  6. Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
  7. Maintain leave records of all employees.
  8. Maintain a detailed record of the company's employees.
  9. Ensure all employees comply with HR policies.
  10. Create new HR policies and update existing ones.
  11. Maintain records, attendance, and data of each employee and provide them to the management team when required.
  12. Maintain and revise the company's handbook on policies and procedures.
  13. Conduct new employee orientations and provide employee relations counseling.
  14. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  15. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  16. Nurture a positive working environment.
  17. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  18. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  19. Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
  20. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in HR management or a related field.

- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
