Job Responsibilities
- Support the talent management team to administer the recruitment and selection process.
- Administer all hiring processes for new employees and assist with new-hire orientation as needed.
- Review CVs, shortlist candidates, and assist in the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters for new joiners.
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
- Maintain leave records of all employees.
- Maintain a detailed record of the company's employees.
- Ensure all employees comply with HR policies.
- Create new HR policies and update existing ones.
- Maintain records, attendance, and data of each employee and provide them to the management team when required.
- Maintain and revise the company's handbook on policies and procedures.
- Conduct new employee orientations and provide employee relations counseling.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
