Job Description:

The SG-MY Cluster Head, System & Innovation will lead the strategic direction and management of system technology, innovation, and process excellence within the Singapore-Malaysia cluster. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and implementing cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.

1. Oversee the development and implementation of innovative solutions and processes across the cluster.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and integration.
3. Lead the digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
4. Manage the System & Innovation team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
5. Serve as a subject matter expert on system capabilities and provide guidance to the Land Operations team.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support system innovation.
7. Monitor industry trends and advancements in technology to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
8. Lead, plan, and execute the implementation of TMS projects required for enhancement of systems capability to compete in an ever-increasing digitized landscape.
9. Accountable for the entire TMS implementation process, ranging from business requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and rollout project planning.
10. Lead system engagement with Regional TMS systems Business and IT teams.
11. Review operational processes and recommend operational improvements.
12. Responsible for managing and executing the successful implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
13. Manage and fulfill management's expectations & requirements to support business growth and objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics operation, Logistics engineering, or IT-related discipline is preferred.
2. 3-5 years of relevant managerial experience within the industry.
3. Proven experience in system innovation and management, preferably within a similar industry.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building collaborative relationships.
6. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
7. In-depth knowledge of the latest technologies and system innovations.
8. Proficient in project management and change management practices.
9. Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
