Biomedical engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Attend Breakdown Calls and ensure the documentation is accurately documented.
2. Arrange and carry out Preventive Maintenance. Ensure the task is accurately documented.
3. Arrange and supervise vendors for Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown when required.
4. Prepare documentation for spare parts ordering when required.
5. Carry out Testing and Commissioning of the equipment when required.
6. Conduct customer surveys when required.
7. Provide information to Customer Service Assistant for purchasing of spare parts and service support from vendors.
8. Arrange and provide user training as per contract.
9. Notify User on PPM Schedule.
10. Follow up on outstanding Breakdowns including spare part ETA.
11. Prepare Technical Advice and Incident reports when required.
12. Provide Technical Advice for obsolete items and systems categorized under ‘BER’.
