Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointmentsand travel arrangements
Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Prepare and organise documents, reportsand presentations
Coordinate personal and business-related activities
Assist with event planning and coordination, including corporate functions and social events
Conduct research and provide summaries to aid decision-making
Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion
Run personal errands and provide personal support as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal and executive assistant, preferably for a HNW individual in a corporate environment. We are looking for at least 5 years experience
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Willingness and ability to relocate to Malaysia in January 2025
