About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee our finance, reporting, and strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading finance teams, shaping financial strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders for company growth.

Description:

• Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full spectrum of finance and account division functions including financial and management reporting, controlling function in treasury, accounting, cash-flow management, financial forecasting, budgeting, tax, risk management, and audit activities to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
• Reporting and Presentations: Present financial reports and strategies to key stakeholders such as board members and shareholders.
• Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with lawyers, external auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
• Relationship Building: Build a synergistic relationship with other relevant authorities and parties such as bankers, vendors, and government bodies.
• Investor Relations: Manage the company's investor relations matters and publicity management by engaging with investor relation agencies to issue public press releases and statements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring the highest standards of performance and ethics.
• Collaboration Across Departments: Collaborate with other departments to drive financial strategy and business decisions.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties as assigned or required from time-to-time.

Requirements:

• Education: Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Professional Membership: A member of a professional accounting body including membership in MIA/ACCA/CIMA/MBA/CPA.
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in an accounting, business, or finance environment with several years of management experience.
• Senior Financial Management Experience: Proven experience in a CFO or Senior Financial Management role within a public listed company.
• Skills and Abilities: Experience in managing corporate reporting, financial management, cash management processes, taxation, audit and risk management processes, strategic and business planning.
• Presentation and Communication Skills: Able to construct and deliver clear presentations to stakeholders, finance audiences, and non-finance audiences.
• Leadership and Team Management Skills: Able to lead, guide, and motivate the team to meet corporate goals and objectives.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
