About the role

We are seeking a driven and talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing compelling marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement for our innovative New Energy Vehicle products.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
• Create engaging content such as social media posts and marketing collateral to effectively communicate our brand message.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with the overall business objectives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, optimising campaigns to improve effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and recommend innovative approaches to reach and engage our target audience.

What we're looking for

• Min 1 year of working experience as Social Media Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, KOL Specialist or similar role.
• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Advertising / Public Relations / Event Management / Brand Management / Creative / Design or similar.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as FB, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & BM.
• Proficiency in Chinese language, both written and verbal, will be an added advantage.
• Knowledgeable on computer & strong application skills in Microsoft, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.
• Strong analytical skills, creative, meticulous & tech-savvy.
• Able to multitask, detail-minded, self-motivated & responsible.
• Work well in a team & independently.
