Company Background:

We are representing a client from a wellness company in Puchong. As they are expanding, they are looking for a Data Analyst to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and assist in leading the Electronic Data Processing (EDP) Department.
2. Manage and coordinate data flow between all countries and departments.
3. Process feedback based on forms received that are related to the company EDP system.
4. Monitor bi-weekly commission payouts accurately and timely.
5. Generate promotion codes for each promotion campaign.
6. Manage and update all raw data for future report usage.
7. Must be an expert in using Microsoft Excel and formulas to generate reports.
8. Prepare reports for management on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
2. Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience as a Data Analyst/Electronic Data Processing.
3. Preferably from a Direct Selling Company/MLM Company.
4. Critical thinking skills.
5. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (due to business nature).
