Job Description:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and management of the organization's performance management framework.
• Ensure the timely completion of performance appraisals and provide support to managers in conducting evaluations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees and managers on performance expectations, feedback processes, and goal setting.
• Monitor and track the progress of performance management cycles (annual reviews, mid-year reviews, etc.).
• Collect, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and data related to employee performance across departments.
• Develop regular performance reports for HR leadership, highlighting trends, insights, and areas of improvement.
• Support the integration of performance data into talent management and succession planning processes.

Requirements

• BS in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business or related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Office Suite, and possess high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Technical expertise regarding performance management frameworks, methodologies and best practices.
• 2+ years performance management or related experience.
