We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide logistical support and handle customer inquiries. The role includes both phone and online communication, with potential leadership opportunities for those with more experience. Shift duty is required.
What You Will Deliver
Handle customer queries and logistics arrangements via phone and online platforms.

Assist Team Leaders in senior positions.
Participate in shift-based work schedules.
Who You Are
Minimum of SPM or Diploma.
At least one year of customer service experience is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and work ethic.
Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Senior roles will be considered for candidates with more experience.
