Job Responsibility
Administrative Duties
Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
HR Duties
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in onboarding new employees, including orientation and documentation.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Handle employee queries and provide support for HR-related matters.
Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Malaysia E-Invoicing Duties
Oversee the implementation and management of Malaysia's e-invoicing system in compliance with local regulations.
Ensure accurate and timely generation, submission, and reconciliation of e-invoices.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve e-invoicing-related issues.
Stay updated on changes in e-invoicing regulations and ensure company compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
Train staff on e-invoicing processes and tools as needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma.
Able to converse in English.
Excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
