Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development personnel to be responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for the automotive sector, particularly EVs, and will work to identify and develop collaborative opportunities that align with our company's goals.

Job Description

• Initiate and pursue partnership opportunities with automotive OEMs and dealers, focusing on charger sales and deployment, software collaborations, and potential fleet collaborations.
• Identify and propose innovative collaboration models, including co-branded solutions, joint marketing campaigns, and technical integrations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive industry.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the needs of partners and their customers.
• Conduct market research to identify and understand trends and opportunities in the automotive and EV sectors.
• Drive discussions and negotiations to establish long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Automotive, Electrical, or Mechanical) or a related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in the automotive or EV sector.
• Strong understanding of automotive OEM operations and EV technologies.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving ambitious goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Data-driven and analytical approach to business development and strategy.
• Technical aptitude and a keen understanding of the automotive and EV sectors.
• Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
