Job Responsibilities:

• To perform collection of settlement / demo instalment / curtailment / interest.
• To notify dealers on Non-Sufficient Fund, release of e-Hakmilik & generate Dealer Netting Confirmation.
• Perform data entry into TCAPMobile+ and/or Synergi for new account creation.
• To liaise with dealers on operational issues and sending Monthly Billing Statement.
• To assist in preparation of daily/ weekly/ monthly updates or reports as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree holder in any relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences or fresh graduate can be considered.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Advantage if can speak & written in Mandarin & Cantonese.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel.
