What you'll be doing

• Dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical care to patients
• Ensure safe and effective medication management, including maintaining inventory, monitoring drug interactions, and providing advice to healthcare providers
• Collaborate with the medical team to optimise patient outcomes
• Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
• Contribute to the training and development of pharmacy staff

What we're looking for

• Registered pharmacist with a valid practicing certificate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or community pharmacy setting
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and the broader team
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centred care
