About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Valuation Executive to join our team at PA International Property Consultants. This is a full-time position based in Kluang, Johor, where you will play a vital role in the real estate valuation process. As a Valuation Executive, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property assessments and providing accurate valuations to support our clients' decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Carry out property inspections and collect relevant data to assess the market value of residential, commercial and industrial properties
• Analyse market trends, sales data, and other relevant information to determine the fair market value of properties
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports that clearly communicate your findings and recommendations
• Assist in the preparation of valuation submissions for various purposes, such as mortgage lending, asset management, and tax assessment
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure effective coordination and delivery of valuation services
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, legislation, and best practices related to property valuation

What we're looking for

• A degree/diploma in real estate, property management, or a related field
• With or without experience are welcome.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate work
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for property valuation
• A keen interest in the real estate industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with market trends
