Role Description

This is a contract role for a Human Resources & Admin professional at Zepto Consulting, located in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing HR policies, employee benefits, HR management, and personnel management on-site.

  1. Responsible to provide full spectrum of HR function such as recruitment, performance management, leave management, contracts or letter issuance and other HR functions.
  2. Manage the full cycle of recruiting process including sourcing, screening, scheduling of interview appointments, offering candidates, etc.
  3. Provide administrative support in the areas of Payroll, Admin and Human Resource.
  4. Preparation of letter such as employment offers, confirmation, resignation, memo, etc.
  5. To ensure effective administration of performance management including timely submission of performance planning and reviews by all staff.
  6. Support new employees onboarding and offboarding process.
  7. Organize and maintain staff personal files and other HR related records.
  8. Attend to employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies and procedures.
  9. Handle all general office administration and maintenance related works.
  10. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Qualifications

  1. Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies expertise.
  2. Employee Benefits and Personnel Management skills.
  3. Experience in creating and implementing HR strategies.
  4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  5. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  7. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  8. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
